The TELLS app icon: a wrapped fist in a viewfinder.

For boxing, kickboxing and MMA

Find your tell.

The habit that keeps getting you hit. Found on your own rounds.

Two fighters, each with a skeleton drawn by pose detection. The fighter in red shorts, in bright white, is the one being analysed; the opponent is a little thinner.
Real pose detection on an AI-made image. You in bright white.

Film a round of sparring. TELLS tracks both fighters, shows your mistakes and what you do well, and the moments they happen.

How it works

  1. 1

    Film a round.

Sparring, bag work or shadowboxing. Prop your phone up so your whole body is in view.

  2. 2

    See your tell.

Your biggest mistake, what you already do well, and each moment on your clip.

  3. 3

    Fix it, then film again.

Four weeks of drills around your gym week. A retest of the same kind of round shows if it changed.

Everything a coach would see.

Your coach

Ask anything.

An AI coach that knows your rounds and your plan.

Coach Mike, an AI coach character.
Sparring tomorrow?
Pick one thing: finish every combo with a step out. Nothing else.

My shoulder's sore. Can I still train?

Your plan

Built around your gym.

Drills and strength work that never clash with sparring days.

The plan in the app: day 1 of 28, fixing hands come back late, with a four-week board.

Your rank

Know your level.

From Rookie to Champion. Every round you film moves it.

  1. The Champion belt
  2. The Contender belt
  3. The Prospect belt
  4. The Amateur belt
  5. The Rookie belt

Honest by design.

It says when it can't tell.

A blurry clip or a clinch gets "film it again", never a guess.

Fair retests.

Your retest is compared with the same kind of round, so a change is a real change.

Your gym comes first.

Nothing hard on sparring days or the day before. Your coach stays your coach.

Questions

When can I get it?

TELLS is in development for iPhone. Join the waitlist and you'll get one invite when the beta opens.

Which sports?

Boxing, kickboxing and MMA striking. Ground work isn't read yet.

What should I film?

One round of sparring, bag work or shadowboxing. Put the phone at the side of the ring or on a shelf, far enough back that your whole body is in view.

Does it replace my coach?

No. It's a second pair of eyes between sessions. The plan is built around your gym week, never instead of it.

Android?

iPhone first.
