4. Who processes it for us
We don't sell your data or give it to anyone for their own purposes. These providers handle it for us:
- Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Cork, Ireland, for the EU) sends the beta invite through TestFlight. To invite you we add your email address in Apple's App Store Connect, and Apple emails you the invite. Apple's privacy policy covers TestFlight.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and stores the waitlist in a database kept in the EU, under Cloudflare's data processing agreement. Like any web host, its servers briefly handle technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Our providers may use sub-processors outside the EU/EEA, for example in the United States. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires: the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Until we've sent the beta invites, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
- We delete the whole waitlist no later than 12 months after it was collected, or sooner if the project ends.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- see the data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- take it with you in a common format (data portability);

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, ad pixels or third-party fonts. Nothing is stored on your device.
9. Age
The waitlist is for people aged 13 or over. If you're younger, please don't sign up. If we learn we've collected an address from someone under 13, we delete it.
10. Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions or profiling based on your waitlist data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We won't use your address for anything new without asking you first.
